Due to the Holiday closure, all official transcript requests submitted via Axess after December 17 will be processed and mailed on December 30. Official transcript requests submitted via Axess on December 30 or later will be processed and mailed on January 4. Students should be encouraged to request electronic transcripts, as all requests for electronic transcripts made via Axess will continue to be processed the same day. The Academic Senate has approved significant changes in academic deadlines for next year (2009-10);

Automated "Grad Auth" Petition Process via AxessGraduate students may now submit Graduate Program Authorization Petitions electronically through Axess. From the Academics panel in your Student Center, select "Petitions and Forms" from the dropdown menu.
