Axess For Students

New students may use Axess at any time after receipt of the registration packet from the Registrar's Office. You will need a SUNet ID and password to use Axess. Using Axess, you will be able to complete the following tasks:

• File or adjust your study list and elect grading options
• Review your grades
• Request an official transcript to be mailed
• Print a history of your courses and grades
• Print an Enrollment Certification
• Declare your major and minor
• Apply to graduate
• Update your addresses
• Apply for housing
• See your account with Student Financial Services
• See your financial aid awards
• View your IT services bill
• Online course evaluations

Axess For Faculty and Grade Proxies

New faculty may use Axess one day after their appointment has been entered in PeopleSoft and they have been assigned to a class. You will need a SUNet ID and password to use Axess. Using Axess, you will be able to complete the following tasks:

• Review class lists
• Send an email to students in a class
• Submit and change grades
• Assign a grade proxy
• Review previously submitted grades
• View Course Evaluation Data

Axess For Advisors

Using Axess, you will be able to complete the following tasks:

• View lists of current and past advisees
• View study lists, grades and unofficial transcripts of current advisees
• Place and release holds of current advisees
