Important Information Regarding COVID-19

For quickest response to an issue, please submit a ServiceNow Ticket to the Student Services Center. If you prefer to talk to an SSC Specialist, we offer advising sessions via Zoom by appointment. SSC specialists are also available for live chat from LiveChat Monday – Friday, 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. via the Service Now portal.

Instructions for Spring 2020 Leave of Absence, COVID-19

Students may take a leave of absence for Spring Quarter for any reason including that they do not want to take remote classes. Here are instructions for letting the Registrar's Office know know.

  1. Go to Axess and select eForms in the Student Menu. Search for Leave of Absence.

  2. In the "Reason for Request" section, select either "Decline to state reason" or "Other" (with "COVID-19" as a comment) as shown below:
