The red "Filter" button appears in the upper right bar on landing pages in the Class Scheudling Form. It has many different possible, and we invite you to experiment with it to assist in finding classes or creating worklists.
If you want to work only on INS classes, start by going to your department ID landing page.
Now, click on the red "Filter" button appears in the upper right bar.
Click on the Course down arrow to reveal the course-related filters
Enter "INS" in the "Valid Section Type Code" box. You can type any component as needed.
Note that the terminology is a little different from our established PeopleSoft terminology.
Click "Apply" to see the results.
Try these filters:
Click on the red "Framer" button in the right top bar.
You can filter to whatever classes for which you want information on previous offerings.
By using the arrows at the top, you can find when a class was last offered, including the component type(s) and the enrollment.
Click on the red "View" button to see additional details:
Summary: Component, enrollment
Standard: Component, enrollment, instructor
Detail: Component, enrollment, instructor, crosslistings, days/times
Click on the export button to create a report in Excel or pdf format based on the courses or on the instructors.
