Important Information Regarding COVID-19

To sumbit a request to use a Registrar-managed classroom or outdoor location, please follow these steps.

  1. Go to on a mobile device or computer.
  2. Log in using your SUNET ID and regular password.
  3. Select Create an Event
  4. Fill out the event form with these details: 
    1. Event Name
    2. Event Type
    3. Primary Organization
    4. Date and Time of the First Ocurrence
      1. Keep "event starts and ends on same day" checked, as un-checking it will create an event that includes overnight.
    5. Any additional time
    6. Repeat Ad Hoc, Daily, Weekly or Monthly and the date of the last occurence
    7. Enter Expected Headcount
    8. Select Add Locations and in Saved Searches, a drop-down list of options will show.
      1. Scroll down to Public Searches and choose the search that best meets your needs
    9. Select Reserve It on the desired location
  5. Click Save

You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed. Unitl then, your event has not been confirmed and your event should not be advertised.
