Please note that diplomas will be presented or mailed only if you have satisfied all your University academic and financial obligations.
If you have any unmet obligations to the University, you will not receive a diploma or transcript until the obligation is fulfilled.
If you have a tuition deferment for spring quarter, please note that you must make sure your final payment is received by the Student Financial Services by early May to ensure that an accounting hold will not be placed on your diploma and transcript. Similarly, degree candidates with student loans through Stanford must be sure to have attended an exit interview arranged by the Student Financial Services. You should receive information about scheduling that interview from the Student Financial Services in early May. If you have a Stanford loan and do not receive that mailing by mid-May, please contact the Student Financial Services.
Use Axess to verify that you do not have a Student Financial Services hold on your diploma or transcripts and that an exit interview is not required by Student Financial Services. The deadline to release diploma holds for June Commencement ceremonies is Wednesday before Commencement Sunday.
