Final Study List Deadline (add, drop, swap, or adjust courses or units)

Up to the Final Study List deadline, students may add, drop, and swap courses as well as adjust units (if variable unit course). No drops are permitted after this point. The Final Study List deadline is the last day for tuition reassessment for dropped courses or units.

Graduate students billing note:

The Final Study List (FSL) deadline may fall after the graduate bill due date. Students are responsible to pay the tuition amount due on the bill deadline regardless of intent to reduce enrollment prior to the FSL deadline. Late fees may apply if sufficient payment is not made by the bill due date.

Petitions to change enrollment after the deadline:

Undergraduates and coterminal students: review your petition options by meeting with your Academic Advising Director in Academic Advising. Changes after the posted academic deadlines must demonstrate exceptional circumstances as they are an exception to Faculty Senate course enrollment policies.

Graduate students: submit a petition via the Enrollment Change Petition eForm in the eForms portal, available on Axess under the Student menu. Changes after the posted academic deadlines must demonstrate exceptional circumstances as they are an exception to Faculty Senate course enrollment policies.
