Important Information Regarding COVID-19

For quickest response to an issue, please submit a ServiceNow Ticket to the Student Services Center. If you prefer to talk to an SSC Specialist, we offer advising sessions via Zoom by appointment. Our LiveChat option is temporarily unavailable so that the SSC can focus on answering the very large volume of Autumn Quarter tickets.

Missing Person Notification

The Missing Person Notification information option is a federal requirement. This provides the University with a contact should a student ever be declared missing for 24 hours.

Anyone over 18 years of age may choose not to register a contact by clicking the box at the bottom of the form.

Remember to click "Save" in order to fulfill the requirement and return to the Student Check-In.
