Important Information Regarding COVID-19

For quickest response to an issue, please submit a ServiceNow Ticket to the Student Services Center. If you prefer to talk to an SSC Specialist, we offer advising sessions via Zoom by appointment. Our LiveChat option is temporarily unavailable so that the SSC can focus on answering the very large volume of Autumn Quarter tickets.

Request for Records

Current and former students who wish to make a FERPA-related request to view records should use one of the following forms to submit a request. Under FERPA, a student is an individual who is or has been in attendance at an educational institution. Applicants do not have FERPA rights unless and until they are admitted and are in attendance at the University. Please note that only the actual student can submit a FERPA request to review their Records.  

Please provide complete information in order to assist the University in following up on your request. Federal law requires that the University provide access to requested, extant records within 45 days.
